Expertise Re concludes a 4-year journey, successfully completing the sale of an entire portfolio of real estate assets entrusted to it by Covivio.
Covivio, an Italian-French company based in Paris, is a leading real estate operator in the European Real Estate sector.
The properties for which we had received the sales assignment were all income-generating and leased to a primary credit institution.
The assets were located in the provinces of Catania, Messina and Palermo and were therefore characterized by profoundly different contexts.
Our know-how, experience and the right orientation towards the products in question have allowed us to carry out targeted activities on specific subjects, finding the most suitable buyer.
Teamwork with Covivio, the commitment made in synergy with our local partners, and an attitude characterized by perseverance and dedication have allowed us to complete this puzzle by also inserting the last piece.
