First used for the production of armored glass, then unused for several years, now the local headquarters of a multinational company operating in the construction sector.

This warehouse located within the industrial area of ​​Catania on the SS Primosole, with a surface area of ​​almost 4000 m2 was sold about two years ago thanks to the intermediation carried out by Expertise Re.

Today, finally, after having undergone total renovation work, both internal and external, it is back in operation.
