Telecommunications company buys back properties from investment fund

Real estate investment fund, with the largest portfolio in Italy, signs a new agreement with the main telecommunications company, for the sale of €158 million of properties.

The operation concerns 11 strategic properties for the telecommunications network, located in secondary cities and also present in Sicily and Calabria, with a gross yield on the sales price of 6.8%. This confirms the interest of the telecommunications company, already operator of the buildings, in regaining ownership, given the strategic importance of the properties used for telephone exchange, also located in Catania, Palermo and Catanzaro. 

The closing is expected for the third quarter of 2018.
