Punctuality and respect for time, two characteristics that distinguish the work of a real estate agent.

Lack of punctuality is a sad reality that makes the real estate agent's job "complicated", especially when he has to deal with a large number of people.

We live in the era of "multitasking", of "Always connected", and in a society that requires us to live our days constantly on the run.

We try to fit together too many commitments, often more than is physically possible to successfully complete in a given time frame.

At Expertise RE, we have a company policy based on respect for time and the people with whom we come into contact. We believe that those who call or write to us do so for a very specific reason and therefore deserve our attention.

Precisely for this reason we dedicate part of our working days to listening to the requests that are made to us either by telephone, email or WhatsApp.

We welcome and evaluate with great interest any type of contact, be it a proposal for a new assignment, a request for collaboration or an inspection.

Our goal is, and always will be, to understand exactly the needs of our interlocutor in order to satisfy his needs.

Hastily evaluating a request, or perhaps organizing an inspection of a property not suited to the applicant's real expectations, would be equivalent to a waste of time for both.

When we arrange a meeting, either with the aim of acquiring an assignment or to show a property to a potential buyer, we always take into consideration the commitments of our interlocutor, choosing sustainable times in which we are sure of being able to carry out our work as best as possible .

For all these reasons we care a lot about punctuality as a demonstration of respect for the skills we make available and for our time.

Unfortunately we are often disappointed by the fact that for many people "delay" has become a modus vivendi considered completely normal.
